Return and Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take time to process

  3. Contact your bank — some processing delays may occur

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Delivery time for exchanged items may vary based on location.

If returning an item valued at over €100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
